Silver Platter Cooking Academy - Spring Series for Adults
Welcome to our Spring International Cooking Series! Again, we want to thank you for your interest in our cooking academy. All classes are taught by Executive Chef Folker Raynolds, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and his wife Jayne. The classes are two hours long. In our Spring series we go around the globe. We will learn, in a fun and hands-on environment, all the building blocks needed to prepare these international dishes. Students may participate or may watch. It is your decision for your level of involvement (although you will learn more if you participate). After we have prepared our international flare for the night - here is the best part - we eat! All students are encouraged to ask questions. Once you have participated in our academy you can feel free to contact us whenever you need help. All students will be provided with an apron. We suggest wearing comfortable, washable clothes. We ask that you wear close-toed shoes (sharp knives will be used.)
